Ok, I’ve read it, and I still can’t believe it…ok, I can.

Who am I kidding?  Of course Lindsey Graham would be working with Rahm Emanuel.  Of course he would be doing it on immigration and cap and trade.  And of course, nothing good will come of it.

You can read the puff piece at Politico.  It would appear that Graham has decided to be the stand-in maverick while McCain deceives his way through another primary.  Of course, if I was of  a more conspiratorial frame of mind, I would be thinking that The Official Maverick Lapdog might just be deciding he wants to promote himself to The Official Maverick at McCain’s expense.

It’s not that like Graham’s behavior and associations could be used as an attack on every RINO still trying to get through a primary, including the original Mavericky One.  Or that two people can’t be the MSM’s favorite maverick Senator, and McCain has lost his luster since that whole 2008 Presidential election thing.  No point in even thinking about any of this, because it’s tinfoil hat territory.  Forget I even mentioned it.
