And Now, Some Mac in the News

By Ryan • on November 20, 2009

rhinoHi all.  I’m back after my somewhat unplanned absence.  Suffices to say, all is reasonably well again.  And what a way to return than with the fact that The Mavericky One is back in the news.

It turns out he could have real problems in his primary.  Rather than Simcox closing in on him, it’s conservative J.D. Hayworth.  He’s within two points of him, according to Rasmussen.  If he would actually oppose McCain in the primary, we’d be set.

In other news too hilarious to make up, The American Spectator reports that McCain is openly disapproving of Lieberman and The Official Maverick Lapdog, Lindsey Graham (Pomeranian – SC) as they try to work out a “bipartisan” climate change bill.  It’s like McCain trying to distance himself from himself.

Seriously, when was the last time you remember Graham acting on his own in the Senate?  He’s either doing this on McCain’s behalf, or at his bidding.  It’s McCain trying to have his climate change scam cake without actually being caught eating it, because he’s a big global warming proponent.  He tried this with Warner in 2008, and this would be a variation on the theme.
