McCain Works With Fellow Democrats on F-22s

Ah, it’s good to see the Master Maverick filing amendments with his fellow Democrats.  Furthermore, it’s good to see him agreeing with his fellow Democrat Obama.  I hope this means he’s over that whole Presidential election fiasco and zoning in on his puff press again.

Oh, Fox News calls it unusual for him to ally himself with Obama.  As far as I’m concerned, it’s just that they have short memories.  McCain has been co-sponsoring legislation with his fellow Democrats for years.  On top of that, he’ll be able play his fiscal responsibility card while claiming that’s he’s only thinking about the national defense.

So smile once again folks.  McCain has crossed the aisle to sit down with his true party.  I suspect that as usual, the Republicans will gleefully grab their ankles and take it, because he’s just that good.
