We Love You Too, Mike

Mike Murphy, self-confessed admirer of John McCain, made his opinion of Sarah Palin known today.  So at last, it’s party time.

Did he have anything to do with the anonymous leaking?  I don’t know, but he at least had the guts to attack Palin openly.  In either event, I get to have fun with him now.  Since I am McCain’s Bestest #1 Maverick Supporter in the Whole Wide World, Mike can bet on two things from this point onward:

1. If anyone in the Republican Party hires him to consult for them, I’ll treat it like a scandal and a reason to try and sink their campaign utterly.
2. Just because he loves Sarah Palin so much, from this point onward, I’m referring to the 2008 Republican ticket as “Sarah Palin and that other guy”.

By the way, the other guy on Sarah’s 2008 ticket couldn’t motivate the base.  Just because you took them for granted (it’s no longer “us” because I’m an independent conservative now) doesn’t mean that was a good idea.  She’s the reason the other guy you admire so much didn’t get the 50 state mavericking he deserved.

Yep, we love you too Mike.  Now kindly go away.
