Tea Party Time Again!

It’s Tea Party time again folks.

The last one was on April 15th.  I blogged about it but couldn’t attend because of work.  This time, they put one on a holiday, and I can make it now.  No more excuses from me.  It’s time to go, and I’m encouraging you to do it too.

For those of you who think I’m a paid participant of astroturfed street theatre:  what are you, nuts?  Do you think any corporate type would be caught dead near my blog?  I take pride in running one of the most demented political commentary sites on the Internet, at least until it’s time to show my maverick support for John McCain again in 2010.  If it was an astroturfed event, the corporations would be paying me to stay away.

For those of you who are considering attending, remember this:

• They don’t care about your political affiliation
• They are not affiliated with the Republicans, Democrats, or anyone else.
• They are interested in the fact that failed leaders from both parties are spending us to ruin, and trying to ram us headlong into socialism.
• If you want to stand against this, there are no barriers.  It has nothing to do with race, age, gender, or anything else.  Just show up.

Washington will hear us yet.
