Good Sense on Gitmo

By Ryan • on May 20, 2009

I’m a happy man.  At long last, a bit of good sense with Gitmo.

In short:

  1. A judge ruled we could detain the war criminals and terrorist animals there indefinitely.
  2. The funding to close it down wasn’t passed.
  3. At the moment, no one is trying to start up the shutdown again.

Things have become sane again, if only for the moment.  I’ll take my moment.

I was at this restaurant. The sign said "Breakfast Anytime." So I
ordered French Toast in the Rennaissance.
