Apparently, the failure of TARP to accomplish anything of worth hasn’t convinced the new majority not to do more of it.  But then again, they’re politicians  Trying to get them to stop spending money is about as easy as trying to teach your pet fish to play fetch with a frisbee.

At least we’re “down” to $825 Billion, which they will claim is more justified that Republican spending for some reason or another.  They’ll probably pull the “It’s for the children” standard issue demagogic again.  I’m also sure that the Republicans, with all their fighting spirit, will insist that Obama doesn’t spend a penny over $824.99999999999 Billion.
