McCain Comments on Supreme Court Gun Ruling

By Ryan • on June 26, 2008

McCain commented on the Supreme Court gun ruling today, and neglected to mention that he voted for two of the justices who tried to take these gun rights from us.  Not only that, he used the fact he supported Ginsberg and Breyer as a selling point when he met privately with a group of Hillary supporters.  He used plenty of solemn-sounding rhetoric too.

Yes, in yet more brilliant tactical waffling, McCain affirmed that he was glad we had retained our gun rights, right along with the free speech rights he attacked with McCain-Feingold.  His brilliant strategy will insure that the wishful thinking of ordinary supporters will be in full swing enough to get him elected, and then he can nominate the Ginsburgs and Breyers he loves so much to replace the future Supreme Court retirees.

entertainment is all about ... Idiots, explosives and falling anvils."
